Ruhige Unterkunft in Lübeck mit Terrasse & Parkplatz

Many thanks for hospitality. We recommend this accommodation to everyone! Positive: We were impressed as the accommodation was very clean and prepared for us. All was mentioned by family members that it's more prepared for shorter stay (less then one week). Our communication with accommodation owner was very responsive. Negative: We were expected that the accommodation was on the first flour, but didn't expect that the waste beans were placed close to the living room's window (before waste was collected, was impossible to open window due to the bad smell) also we'll recommend to install on same window "mosquito mesh" to avoid insects ingress in the room. Accommodation have washing machine (in basement-cellar), but there isn't any place to dry washed clothes specially when is rainy outside (no drier, no indoor/outdoor drying ropes) - good to have it when you stay 10 days or more specially to wash or dry towels/clothes (have extra towels when stay more then 5 days is a plus). We are sure that the owner will improve this minor findings and we'll be happy to stay here again. We'd love if checkout time will be close to 12 o'clock (instead of 10 o'clock).

Positive: Die Lage

Positive: Alles bequem. Gute Lage. Freundliche Gastgeber. Bei uns lief bei Ankunft im Waschbecken im Bad das Wasser nur sehr schwer ab. Das wurde am nächsten Tag direkt behoben, obwohl das ein Samstag war. Den Umgang mit dem Problem fand ich sehr in Ordnung. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Man ist eh nicht viel in der Unterkunft im Urlaub. Positive: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber es ist alles vorhanden was man Brauch. Wir waren zu zweit mit Kind. Kinderbett war vorhanden. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist super komfortabel und total gemütlich. Wir hatten ein Problem und es wurde sich innerhalb weniger Stunden sofort um das Problem gekümmert. Sehr schnell und unkompliziert nettes Personal. Negative: Uns hat leider nicht so gefallen das die Gegend leider nicht so freundlich ist. Sehr schwer ein Parkplatz zu finden aber man kann auch einen dazu buchen. Von außen nicht so schön aber von innen um so schöner.

A great place for a short stay. Positive: The location itself is good - close to the center. The apartment is clean, and everything is ready for the stay. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. The check-in process was clear and convenient. The owner responded pleasantly to the messages, offering suggestions. Negative: Trash containers right by the doors/windows - was rather unusual. The grass growing between the paving stones in the courtyard was an eyesore, though the grass probably grows very quickly due to the good weather.
